4.10.0 "Grill Deprecation Notice"
Released
Outdoor cooking enters its long-term support window.
Added
- Sheet-pan dinners, the recommended migration path from grilling. Same high heat and browning, no propane, indoors.
- Broiler as a grill substitute for thin cuts. Top-down heat, very fast. Stay in the room.
Changed
- Sunset now arrives noticeably earlier each week. Outdoor dinner support is being adjusted accordingly.
Deprecated
- The grill. It will continue to receive weekend use through October. Removal is scheduled for first frost, or later, depending on how stubborn you are.
Known issues
- The last propane tank is either full or empty, and there is no way to tell without lifting it. Lift it.
