undo

usage: undo [LAST_STEP]

There is no undo. There is only dilution.

Kitchens do not keep a history you can revert to. Most fixes are workarounds, and they all involve adding something.

Too salty: add more of everything else, or more unsalted liquid. Too spicy: add fat or dairy, a little sugar, or more of the base. Too sour: a pinch of sugar or a spoon of fat. Too thick: water or stock, a splash at a time. Too thin: simmer it uncovered.

Burnt has no workaround. Tip whatever is not black into a clean pan, and do not scrape the bottom.
